By creating an account or using CometStats at cometstats.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. Not betting advice
Everything on the site, including stats, xG, predictions and probabilities, is for information and entertainment only. It's not betting, financial or professional advice, and we don't guarantee it's accurate, complete or up to date. Predictions can be wrong. If you bet, you decide what to bet and you alone are responsible for any money you win or lose. Please gamble responsibly and follow the laws where you live.
2. Access keys & accounts
- You need an access key to join. Each key works for one account only and only once.
- Your account is personal. Don't share, sell or give away your login or your account, and don't sell or trade access keys.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for anything done on your account.
- Admins can suspend, disable or delete any account, and revoke any key, at any time and without warning, especially if these terms are broken.
3. Chat rules
- No slurs, hate speech, or attacks on anyone because of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability. Normal swearing is fine.
- No harassment, threats, or posting other people's personal information.
- No spam, flooding, advertising, scam links, or selling anything (including access keys).
- Don't try to get around the chat filter, for example with spaces, symbols or look-alike letters.
The filter blocks some messages automatically and mutes people who keep trying. Admins can delete messages and mute or ban users whenever they decide to.
4. Data & privacy
We store only what the site needs to work and stay safe:
- Your username and a securely hashed password (we can't see your actual password).
- The access key you used and when you created the account.
- Login sessions, including your IP address and browser type.
- An activity log (logins, searches and analyses you run), which helps admins spot abuse.
- Chat messages you send, including blocked ones.
Admins can see this information. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers. The site uses one cookie, which keeps you logged in. Older logs and chat messages are deleted automatically over time. To have your account deleted, ask an admin or email cometstatssupport@gmail.com.
5. No scraping or abuse
Don't use bots, scrapers or scripts to pull data from the site. Don't overload it with requests, try to break into accounts or admin areas, or test or exploit security holes. Accounts that do any of this will be removed.
6. Changes & liability
- The site is provided "as is", with no promises. It may be slow, down, or changed or shut down at any time.
- Match data comes from public third-party sources and may be delayed, missing or wrong.
- As far as the law allows, the site and its owner aren't liable for any loss or damage from using it, including betting losses.
- We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
